The project entails the construction of the PHLC along with the development of an irrigation facility spanning 5,000 hectares of land, utilizing piped carriers and micro-irrigation systems. Additionally, the project includes the design and construction of a water treatment plant (WTP).
The estimated cost for this engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project is Rs 1400.3 crore. The project's timeline is set at 36 months, which includes accounting for the rainy season, followed by a 10-year period for operation and maintenance.
