Nirvana Technologies has released PLUS-Replicam- Digitizing Software to Replicate Templates, version 1.xx. PLUS-Replicam is a digitizing software that helps generate accurate drawings of complicated shapes quickly from digital images. Just start with a photograph of your template, calibrate the image in PLUS-Replicam and trace the outline of the shape automatically or manually and save it as a DXF file. This file can be integrated into your workflow for downstream activities like order entry, production planning, and optimization. Optionally, generate NC codes for the shape.

Features

Trace shape outline automatically or manually and convert into a smooth tangential contour suitable for CNC machines. It add break out cuts and set attributes like speed, pressure, and other CNC attributes for the cut and generates the NC Code, for many different CNC cutting machines, for the traced shape, Digitize complicated shapes, holes and cutouts, drawing them on separate layers for drilling, and grinding. It uses Inquiry tools to verify dimensions in addition to drafting features like fillet, chamfer, edit, scale, rotate, mirror and snaps and the software digitizes work in your preferred units millimeter, inches metric or english.
