weiler GmbH
A new piece of pioneering work of the weiler GmbH meets an absolute need of the market. The first mobile weiler hollow core system now enables location-independent set up for the implementation of even remote projects. Through this new innovation, weiler has offered a totally new perspective and opportunities in the design, production and expansion to the construction industry.
As a German family business with tradition and many years of experience, weiler GmbH is distinguished and set itself apart by its pioneering spirit. Through continuous evolvement, the initial machine building company has become a worldwide supplier of turnkey plants for precast concrete products. Today, weiler not only provides complete precast concrete plants, but also everything from one source: from the processing of raw materials to storage of finished products.
Production of weiler precast concrete products is already undertaken worldwide and has over 200 plants. These find use in private housing as well as commercial and industrial building construction and high-rise buildings. They include among others: Ceiling systems, e.g. Hollow Core panels, ceiling beams, etc; Load-bearing and none load-bearing wall panels, solid, hollow or as a sandwich; Products for concrete frame-work e.g. Columns, beams etc and Precast foundations, piles, lintels, etc.
The latest development is now the unique technical concept of a fully mobile plant for the manufacture of hollow slabs, that can also be used for large projects in a flexible and mobile manner, thus production can take place at the building site itself.
The advantages are obvious: build-up within 5-10 days, with minimal preparation and investment. Within a short time, a fully equipped production plant for hollow concretes labs is locally available, allowing a capacity of 120-1000 m2 per day.
With the development of the worldwide first mobile plant through weiler GmbH, the entry into the Hollow Core market has now been paved for many young as well as established construction companies. Through the flexibility of a very interesting option, the actual plant site will in future play a sub-ordinate role.
