HESS - Concrete Product Machines

HESS Introduces range of concrete product machines
The Hess Group of Companies had an active participation in Bauma 2010, with a Revolutionary phase in the field of Concrete product Industry.

Hess Group is 60 year old German company with activities all around the world. In India, Hess concentrates on small and medium capacity machines which will perfectly suits to Indian market. The advantage for Indian customers will be better quality machine with latest technology, less land area, less employees and variety of products. Apart from this the Indian customers are able to save on import tax, freight cost and service benefits.

Other than the four   production facilities in Germany, the production units are settled in Netherlands, Russia, Canada, China, France, UAE, US and Mexico. The next upcoming factory will be in India.

At Bauma, HESS presented its concrete product machines RH2000-3, RH 760 and RH 600. The main item of RH 2000-3 is the new high –dynamical hydraulic unit, combined with an electronic control system. The hydraulic unit is designed as a two-circuit System with variable capacity pumps. Due to the usage of special controllers, maximum capacity at low energy consumption is obtained. For this machine, the motion of the tamper head is achieved through two tamper head cylinders and with a hydraulic synchronized control which besides the absolute positioning and preciseness guarantees considerable improve in synchronization. With pressure Sensors, filling differences inside the mould can be recognized and signaled so that the operator can conduct corresponding corrective measures. A closed Hydraulic/Electronic control loop guarantees an optimum positioning of the tamper head, and this is               because of the high dynamic control. The filler boxes of coarse and face mix drive with in absolute positioning preciseness during the movement of the agitator. The position is maintained in an optimal way. An expert knows that an optimum filling is synonymous for a first quality product. The result of the optimized hydraulic control is the cycle times of the RH 2000-3 could once more be reduced. In addition to that, there is a positive effect that mechanical components such as tamper head brake and height stops could be omitted which usually causes considerable maintenance activity. Customers can compare the RH2000-3 with a tool machine. Optionally, the face mix filling unit of RH2000-3 can be equipped with further development of HESS (The filler box planning roller). At this innovation, a steel roller, driven electrically by means of a chain, replaces the scrapper frame in the front part of the filler box. This roller, being equipped with a separate drive, the circumferential speed of the roller can be regulated independently from the speed of the Filler Box. At the return drive of the filler box, the roller planes the face mix layer by differences in the relative motion. If the roller turns rapidly only a small quantity is applied, if the roller turns slowly, a greater quantity is applied. This avoids the return drive of the filler box and the scrapper frame removes concrete from the mould.

Hess Group also presented the new safety Equipments together with the machines to keep the safety and security in priority. It shows that HESS is not only strong but also a safe partner for the concrete stone Industry.

Schlosser Pfeiffer GmbH, a subsidiary company of HESS machinery from aarbergen exhibited once again  this year at Bauma a completely operational radial press RP 1225T which suits to the production of concrete  pipes with a nominal dia of DN300-DN1200 and overall length of 2.5meters. Also for the first time, a quick changing system for the press tool in a radial press was presented at the show. The other item shown during the exhibition was HESS AAC “Keen-Crete” technology for the aerated concrete production with manifold advantages.

In this way HESS GROUP proves once again the innovation, technical know-how and competence come along with Hospitality. At Bauma, HESS GROUP made it louder “WE PUT CONCRETE INTO SHAPE”.

The HESS GROUP guarantees efficient customer service 24x7.
