AAC technology
The Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) manufactured elements are formed of silica sand/fly ash, cement, lime and water. By adding aluminium powder a reaction is produced with consequently forming of a multitude of little air bubbles inside the bulk. During the autoclaving, the lime in the binder reacts with the water and silica/ flyash and forms calcium Silicate hydrates.

ANEPL offers turnkey based Project solution in AAC technology. The capacity range starts from 200 cubic mt. to 900 cubic mt. per day. The supply of equipment includes System for sand/fly ash & slurry treatment, Storage, feeding & Batching, Casting & Molding, Car Handling, Cake Cutting, Autoclaving, Automatic Handling and Packing system etc, says Mr. Shakti Swarup Nissonko.

Advantages & Applications of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks (AAC) Block:
High strength to weight ratio, Low thermal conductivity, Stability to variations in temperature and humidity and resistance to fire. Its low density permits use in larger building units which serves as a distinct advantage in pre fabrication. Appreciable savings are affected in foundation loads in multi-storeyed construction. It is therefore being used increasingly as walling units.
