Chowgule Offers Range of Epoxy and Polyurethane Floor Coatings

Chowgule in JV with German-based AB Polymerchemie GmBH has a ground-breaking epoxy and PU-based product series, for industrial and public sites – based on the sophisticated realization of chemical and physical principles.

Whether a coloured protective paint or a sophisticated industrial system is required, through our joint venture with German-based AB-Polymerchemie GmbH, Chowgule ABP (India) Coatings Pvt Ltd offers a huge range of epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings.

These coatings that are used mainly in industrial and commercial areas provide a seamless, clean surface with a range of finishes for both inside and outside applications. These coats not only protect concrete from wear, chemical corrosion and deterioration but also help in providing faster material movement and cleaning costs, producing a cleaner work environment and decrease injuries with non-slip surfaces. Apart from these, they also increase light reflectivity and brighten work areas.

Polyurethane Floor Coatings

These high performance floor coatings are nonyl phenol, alkyl phenol, softener and solventfree. Polyurethane, produced using sophisticated machinery, are free of contaminants, air-bubbles which also provide excellent flowability. This ensures fault-free and easy applications for the contractors.

Strict adherence to a policy of solvent-free materials (VOC < 1%) and freedom from hormonally active substances such as alkyl phenols, plasticisers or other migrating materials stand for Chowgule ABP's traditional and proven approach also in this innovative product series. Chowgule ABP products are physiologically safe after hardening.

Chowgule ABP products are resistant against many organic, inorganic or biological substances, for examples: oils and fuels (acc. to the "Technical Rules on combustible fluids" TRbF), solvents, alcohols, such as ethanol, leaches, thinned acids, aggressive gases, concentrated saline solutions, sea and sewage water, microbes and their deposition (MIC – Microbial Induced Corrosion). Long-term durability tests in the laboratory and practical applications under toughest conditions (chemical, thermal and pressure strain) prove the impressive resistance and outstanding endurance of Chowgule ABP's coatings.

Floor Coatings Epoxy Floor Coatings

Top-quality for any product is achieved only with a motivated and qualified team, innovative research and development and a consistently safe production technology. Precisely these preconditions are mirrored in Chowgule ABP's industrial floor coatings, and the new, innovative corrosion protection.

A motivated and competent team, innovative research and development, modern and safe production techniques and a concentration on industrial floor coatings and spray-on elastomeric systems based on polyurethane, polyurea and epoxy are the core competences of Chowgule ABP. The open and friendly working atmosphere inspires everybody and ensures high customer satisfaction.
