The selected bidder will be responsible for developing housing units for economically weaker sections (EWS), affordable housing in partnership (AHP), and low-income/middle-income group (LIG/MIG). The minimum requirement includes 1429 AHP units, with construction taking place on plot no. 78 (37,300 sq. mtrs.) and plot no. 15/1 (8,550 sq. mtrs.). The units are expected to be completed and handed over within a period of 24 months.
The estimated project cost is Rs 737.72 crore, which includes a five-year operation and maintenance (O&M) period. Interested parties are requested to submit their bids by 26th June 2023.
