Krisumi Corporation has tied up with global real estate brokerage firm Savills India to scout customers from other countries for its project, Krisumi Waterfall Residences in Gurgaon. The company is targeting customers from key markets such as the UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Krisumi Corporation is a joint venture between India's Krishna Group - an automotive giant and Japanese conglomerate, Sumitomo Corporation.
Chairman of Krisumi Corporation & Krishna Group, Ashok Kapur, said, "The company is excited to partner with Savills India in its journey to re-imagine the Indian realty landscape through professionalism and a superior customer experience. With a premium residential offering in a ticket size more palatable to everyone, the company is reimagining the paradigm of luxury that has been traditionally associated with ticket size or pricing attributes."
The project is part of a self-sustained, integrated township Krisumi City that will also feature a high-end retail mall, education institutions, a premium hotel and premium office spaces.
MD at Krisumi Corporation, Mohit Jain, reiterated that they are confident that their nuanced understanding of the Indian real estate landscape and unparalleled expertise will help to amplify its reach and tap newer avenues for our growth. The first phase of the Krisumi Waterfall Residences comprises 433 units, including a 36,000 sqft (3344.5 sqm) clubhouse. The top few floors would be reserved for limited edition fully-furnished apartments targeted specifically towards the expatriate community.
