Krisumi Corporation to invest Rs 300-cr in Phase-II of Krisumi City Project in Gurugram
Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation of Japan and Krishna Group of India, is set to invest Rs 300 crore in the development of approximately 4,00,000 sq. ft. as part of the second phase of the 'Krisumi City' housing project in Gurugram's Sector 36A. The ambitious project aims to generate a revenue of Rs 500 crore.
Construction has already commenced on the second phase, which will feature luxury housing units of smaller sizes. The company is optimistic about completing this phase within the next four years.
In addition to the ongoing development, Krisumi Corporation plans to deliver possession of the units from phase-I starting in January 2024. The company is also making arrangements for phase-III, which will include a separate clubhouse for all phases. Furthermore, Krisumi Corporation intends to venture into the hospitality sector to manage the residential apartments.
The initial phase of the project, spanning five acres, was launched in 2021 and offered housing units priced between Rs 1.47 crore and Rs 1.92 crore.
