Kalpataru launches 6-lakh sq ft commercial project - NBM Media Pvt. Ltd.

Real estate building major Kalpataru has decided to build a commercial project spreading across an area of 6 lakh sq ft in Mumbai. The project will be developed on 1,000 sq ft of space and will be ready for possession by June 2026. Named Kalpataru Summit, the Grade-A commercial project is located on arterial Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg in Mulund.

The Kalpataru Summit offers compact and mid-size offices besides retail spaces. The project’s luxury office spaces will enable entrepreneurs and business owners to move up the aspirational value chain. MD, Kalpataru Ltd, Parag Munot, informed that the company has developed several landmark properties in the commercial realty space, such as Kalpataru Square which was Asia’s first Platinum LEED Certified building for Core and Shell by US Green Building Council.
