Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate's Joyville Shapoorji Housing has announced plans to construct a residential project in Pune worth INR 700 crore. The project, named Sky Luxe Edition, will be built in the Hadapsar area in phases, with the first phase set to include 168 duplex apartments and penthouses across two towers, covering an area of 2.8 lakh sq ft. It is located on the Pune-Solapur Highway, close to Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, the Pune Railway Station, Pune International Airport, SP Infocity, and Magarpatta IT Park.
Joyville has set a sales revenue target of over ₹1,000 crore for the project, with duplexes and penthouses available at prices starting at ₹1.45 crore.
Joyville is a $200 million platform backed by Shapoorji Pallonji, the Asian Development Bank, the International Finance Corporation, and Actis, and is working on seven residential projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, including luxury apartments, aspirational homes for mid-income buyers, and one of India's largest mass housing projects.
