Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties has entered into an agreement to develop a 14.27-acre site in Gurugram, Haryana, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹3,000 crore. The development, which will primarily consist of premium residential apartments, will be one of Godrej Properties' largest residential projects in Gurugram and will strengthen its presence in the city. The site is strategically located and easily accessible to National Highway 48 and the Northern Peripheral Road.

Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO Designate of Godrej Properties informed that the project would allow the company to significantly increase its market share in Gurugram and fit within its strategy of expanding its presence in key real estate micro-markets. The company aims to build a high-quality residential community that will create long-term value for its residents.
