It has invested ₹100 crore in the commercial complex Sampoornam Mart which is spread over an area of 35,000 -40,000 sq ft built-up area. Both the sale and lease models have been adopted to monetise the project with a deadline of 2023.
Eros Group had announced the launch of Phase-II of Sampoornam-I for ₹125 crore with 258 units out of which it has handed over 200 units to buyers. The total sales value is around ₹125 crore. The company has also invested an additional ₹155 crore to buy James Hotel in Chandigarh (Sector 17) which will be soon operational as Hyatt Centric.
