Chintels Group plans ₹400-cr commercial project in NCR

Chintels Group will build a new commercial project in Gurugram at ₹400 crore investment. It will be developed on 6.25 lakh square feet area of the 7-acre project named as 'Chintels Centre' comprising both office and retail spaces. Chintels India, MD, Prashant Solomon, informed that it has already completed a commercial project Chintels Corporate Park on Dwarka Expressway on 2.5 lakh sq ft area and the leasing process has already started. Since the demand for quality office space has increased, the company has started construction of a new commercial project on Dwarka Expressway. There are many residential projects, both completed and under-construction, on Dwarka Expressway but, there are not enough commercial projects, and the company intends to cater to this gap.

The company is developing a housing project 'Chintels Serenity' at Sector-109, Gurugram with an investment of over ₹400 crore offering 444 units across 9 towers spread over 9.75 acres. The Dwarka Expressway area has a huge potential and is evolving as a popular residential and commercial hub in the National Capital Region. Chintels has a huge land bank in the Dwarka Expressway area where apart from developing projects on its own, the company has also tied up with realty players like Sobha and ATS Group to develop housing projects.
