BCD Group partners with ArisUnitern for faster completion of residential projects

Real estate development and contracting firm BCD Group has partnered with real estate advisory firm ArisUnitern to accelerate the completion of residential projects. Together, the partners have secured several projects totaling around ₹500 crore in the southern Indian market over the past year. Under the strategic partnership, both companies will provide fund flow management, advisory services, and bring in investors. They will also offer turnkey construction solutions to provide comprehensive services across the project development value chain.

Managing Director of BCD Group, Angad Bedi, noted that the Indian real estate market has experienced significant changes over the past decade, including new regulations and taxation norms. This has created a need for experts in all aspects of the industry, including legal, financial, and customer relations. Bedi stated that the partnership with ArisUnitern would allow the BCD Group to emerge as a property and management company that can undertake a wide range of project development activities. The two companies are already working together on several projects, including Ayana 95 in Chennai, Koramangala Bellaku, and Downtown Ambience. The BCD Group plans to expand its operations across southern India.
