Avighna Group plans Rs 1,000-cr twin towers in Mumbai

Avighna Group, a Mumbai-based real estate developer, has announced its plans to construct two ultra-luxury residential towers at Worli in Mumbai, which will require an investment of Rs 1,000 crore. The twin towers, comprising a 17-storey building and a 35-storey building, will collectively have a saleable area of approximately 200,000 sqft. The company intends to fund the projects through internal accruals. Managing Director Nishant Agarwal has confirmed that the group recently completed the 19-storey Avighna House, a Grade-A office building located at Worli Naka.

Avighna's investment approach is consistent with the company's strategy of taking on selected projects with predetermined deadlines and quality parameters. The architectural and design aspects of both projects have been finalized, and the company plans to source materials for the two premium projects from specialists around the world. The 17-storey building will feature luxury residences, while the 35-storey tower will include residential and retail units. Both projects will have luxury homes with configurations ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, along with state-of-the-art amenities and luxury features. Furthermore, the projects will implement benchmark sustainability initiatives, such as energy-efficient construction and maintenance, resource conservation, and minimal carbon footprint.

Worli has always commanded a premium for its prime location and access to top-notch infrastructure and amenities. The forthcoming coastal road and Metro services will further enhance Worli's reputation as a sought-after address.
