Aparna construction and estates residential project
Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced that it will invest ₹450 crore to develop a residential project in Hyderabad where the project 'Aparna Kanopy Yellow Bells' is spread over an area of 10.5 acres and comprises 1,050 apartments. Rakesh Reddy, Director at Aparna Constructions & Estates informed that the new project is located at Kompally, an emerging residential hub in Hyderabad. In addition to high rise apartments, it will also develop two plotted development projects and three commercial projects this year itself. These projects are destined to be completed by March 2025. In the next five years, the company is looking to build about 60 million square feet of projects as its residential portfolio currently stands strong at 59 projects and is keen to strengthen it further. Not just this, it is also keen to fortify its presence in the commercial segment in the coming years, especially in Tier II and Tier III locations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Aparna Constructions has to date completed 62 projects, of which 59 are residential properties and 3 commercial spaces across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka and the newest is the 59th residential project of the company.
