Aparna Constructions announces 83.23-acre project

Aparna Constructions and Estates has announced 83.23 acres plotted development project – Aparna Dharti at Dundigal in Hyderabad.

Prior to this, in January, the brand had announced their gated community, Aparna Zenon, with an investment of ₹2,550 crore. The newest project is its well-connected venture to developed areas like Miyapur, Gachibowli, Bowrampet, and Gateway IT Park. In the project, the company will offer 760 plots, starting at ₹91 lakh.

Managing Director, S S Reddy, informed that the company has three plotted property ventures and two commercial projects in the pipeline. Most of its upcoming projects will be located around the hotspots across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Bengaluru. The company has targeted a 30 per cent growth rate during the current fiscal.
