Tata Projects emerges as lowest bidder for Noida International Airport

Out of three bidders, Tata Projects Ltd has emerged as the lowest bidder for the civil construction work of Noida International Airport at Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

Phase 1 of Jewar Airport project entails a 90,000 Sqm Terminal 1 building, 4150m x 45m Code ‘E’ runway fully supported by CAT III approach lighting and visual aids, parallel end to end taxiway, Air Traffic Control building, cargo facility and commercial developments.

Initially, the airport will start operations only with one runway and with a capacity of handling 12 million passengers per annum. The first runway will be 3,900m-long and 45m-wide.
