UPMRC invites e-tenders for design & const of metro tunnels & stations in Kanpur

The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (UPMRC)

The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (UPMRC) has invited bids for electronic tenders to design and construct various elements of Corridor-2 of the Kanpur Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. The tender includes the construction of a TBM tunnel, a cut & cover tunnel, ramps after Double Pullia, ramps in the agricultural depot, and three underground metro stations (Rawatpur, Kakadeo, and Double Pullia) complete with architectural finishes and other related components.

The approximate cost of the work is ₹1025 crores with a required EMD of ₹20.50 crores. The completion period is set at 30 months. The bid submission process begins on March 23, 2023 and ends on April 5, 2023, with the bid opening date set for April 6, 2023.
