
These new metro lines include a link from Rezang La Chowk in Gurugram to the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, a metro link from Southern Peripheral Road to Panchgaon via Global City and Manesar, and an extension of the Bahadurgarh Metro up to Asaudha to connect with the Haryana Orbital Rail Network and Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) expressway. Additionally, the state government plans to build elevated railway lines in Bahadurgarh and Kaithal.
In the state's budget, the government has proposed to construct six new multi-modal bus ports in Gurugram, Ballabhgarh, Hisar, Sonipat, Karnal, and Pipli on a Public-Private Partnership mode. Furthermore, the government plans to construct a city interchange terminal near the City Centre in Gurugram.
These transportation projects are aimed at improving the connectivity and accessibility within the state and to neighboring areas.
