Kadapa–Kurnool NH-40 Highway Boosts Andhra Pradesh Connectivity and Sustainability

The 189 km four-lane Kadapa–Kurnool section of NH-40 is improving connectivity across Andhra Pradesh by linking the districts of Kurnool, Nandyal and YSR Kadapa, while also enhancing inter-state movement between Telangana and Karnataka.

Aligned with the goal of sustainable infrastructure, 1,98,123 trees have been planted along the corridor, contributing to a greener and more environmentally responsible National Highway network.
