The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has invited bids for the construction of a new building at the old JNU Complex in New Delhi. The building will be an integrated facility, combining an office training complex for ISTM and office accommodation for DoPT. The project is being undertaken under the EPC model and will involve a range of tasks, including site surveying, soil investigation, architectural and structural design, as well as the execution of work and services. Once completed, the building will be handed over in a habitable condition.
The scope of work for the project includes the construction of a G+8 floor office block, which will require an investment of ₹188.19 crore. The expected completion period for the project is 28 months, with four months allotted for pre-construction and 24 months for the actual construction phase. The deadline for bid submission is 15 April 2023.
