Keestrack appoints Giovanni Bartoli as Area Sales Manager to strengthen Africa & Middle-East
With over 15 years of experience within the construction equipment industry on an international level, Giovanni brings knowledge and professionalism to these markets and his main goal is to establish reliable and sustainable relations with new dealers. Giovanni has been responsible for business development, mainly in the earthmoving industry and in concrete equipment. During his career, he was responsible for several regions except for America.
Currently, Giovanni is based in the Keestrack office in Italy and travelling a lot in his region which is Africa and Middle East. Giovanni informed, “Keestrack wants to target the markets of the North-West Africa region, South Africa and in Middle East countries like Israel, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates & Qatar. We’re basically looking to expand our dealer network with A-rated, reliable and organized international and local dealers, to be involved as our importers and distributors. With these aspirations Keestrack shows they want to keep expanding as a worldwide player, being already the innovator in terms of technology."
“Besides growing the market in these regions Keestrack will keep growing their product range in width and depth in the coming years. To support the dealers with the right service & training is a challenge for me in these markets. Keestrack wants to support its dealers with a good financial plan by offering floorplans to keep machines locally on stock,” he added.
According to Giovanni, the interest in mobile crushing and screening products in the West African countries is mainly due to the request for mobile quarry applications with easy maintenance, and which are user friendly, when production demand is not very high. While for the Middle East Keestrack is looking at big players, managing quarries for the production of asphalt and concrete. They will be more interested to see the possibilities of Keestrack’s’ green, full electric e-range. More and more Middle East Countries will make the transition from the crude oil economy to a green economy. Keestrack is already set for this with the e-drive (electric) and ZERO drive equipment.
Keestrack has recently introduced the tracked engine/generator units to supply connected Keestrack e-drive crushers, screeners and stackers directly with electricity in case there is no plugin connection from the grid available. This way the economic advantages of the complete production train will rise to its full potential.
One step further is the ZERO range, Keestrack mobile crushers and screens which are sold without an engine unit. They can be powered by the grid or via any external generator, whether this is a tracked engine unit, a Keestrack e-driven crusher with an on-board gen-set and plug out connection or just any generator on site.
