Saha has previously served in various leadership roles at Mahindra & Mahindra and has been the CEO of the Farm Division at the company. Most recently, he was the managing director and CEO of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers and the deputy CEO of the agriculture business at the Adventz Group, which has a revenue of $3 billion.

He has a reputation for building stakeholder relationships, tackling critical problem areas, and meeting customer commitments, and has shown an entrepreneurial mindset in delivering turnarounds. Saha also has experience using data, digital technology, and technology to solve complex problems.
