7,160 Projects Completed Under Smart Cities Mission
The government has released ₹46,387 crore to 100 cities, with 93% of the funds utilized. Launched by PM Narendra Modi on June 25, 2015, the mission aims to promote cities that offer core infrastructure, a clean and sustainable environment, and a decent quality of life through smart solutions.
