IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd (IRB) has emerged as a preferred bidder for the construction of eight lanes of the Vadodara – Mumbai Expressway in Gujarat, on the Gandeva–Ena highway stretch commanding a length of 27.500 km and involving an investment of ₹1,755 crore. The project is a greenfield venture and a part of India's 'Bharatmala Pariyojana' of the NHAI under Phase-I. The concession comprises of 730 days for the construction and 15 years of Operations & Maintenance rights. After securing the project, the company's order book will stand at ₹13,755 crore.
