CREDAI inks MoU with BCA to create realty platform

CREDAI, the apex body of private real estate developers in India, has signed a MoU with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore, at the 3rd edition of 'Youthcon 2020 - Empowering Minds to Enrich Business' in Goa. The MoU will create a platform for real estate companies, consultants, vendors and other stakeholders from both the countries to come together and transform the dynamics of the Indian realty sector. CREDAI commands a strong base of over 12,000 member developers in 21 States and 205 City Chapters across India. Under the MoU, CREDAI and BCA intend to mutually share knowledge and extend industrial support by imparting training, knowledge sharing, and conducting workshops etc. thereby making value addition in quality, technology, sustainability & productivity in the realty sector.

The partnership will strive to strengthen the sector's excellence by enhancing the growth of realty sector, apart from transforming business formats for young entrepreneurs, developing office parks and residential real estate, technology, government policies and block-chain etc. Commenting on the development, Chairman, CREDAI, Jaxay Shah, said that CREDAI members are extremely proud of the tech-savvy Youth Wing who are contributing immensely to projects' success. Such objectives for Indian Realty's growth will provide another route towards the progress of India's economy, and a positive approach of CREDAI's vision of building a New Tomorrow for India.

President, CREDAI (National), Satish Magar, commented that CREDAI has consistently maintained a stance of ushering in 'New India' by fulfilling its responsibility of uplifting the economy. Through this initiative, it is bound to see an era of growth and development and intends to bring more such initiatives. The partnership is a prestigious opportunity for CREDAI to work together with BCA for creating positive demographics, regulated environment, growth and to create larger awareness about the evolving realty sector in India. He is confident that the MoU will create business opportunities by inculcating a social and ethical commitment to encourage more young entrepreneurs in the real estate sector, he said.
