Valvoline Inc.and Guangxi Liugong Group Co., Ltd. (LiuGong) held a signing ceremony today in Shanghai to announce a global partnership. Sam Mitchell, CEO of Valvoline, and Mr. Zeng Guang'an, Chairman of LiuGong Group, signed a memorandum of understanding, opening a new chapter of cooperation as Valvoline becomes the preferred provider of lubricants for LiuGong equipment outside of China.

Valvoline is a leading worldwide marketer and supplier of premium branded lubricants and automotive services. Since its founding in 1866, Valvoline has been dedicated in developing and manufacturing high-quality and highly effective lubricants under its "hands-on expertise" principle, providing innovative products, service and solutions to global customers. It has an extensive global manufacturing base that will be further enhanced when a lubricant blending plant with a total investment of more than $70 million in Zhangjiagang, China, opens by the end of 2020.

Over the past 60 years, LiuGong has developed 19 full product lines, covering six categories and 33 different types of construction machinery products, fully meeting the application needs of customers under various working conditions. Originating from Liuzhou, China, LiuGong has become a world-class manufacturer of construction machinery on six continents. LiuGong's equipment is helping customers create value in every corner of the world.

In order to provide a better service to our dealers and customers, LiuGong has moved its parts and service offerings to local markets with nine overseas parts centers in India, the United States, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, Russia, Brazil, Uruguay and Dubai. The parts stock covers the full range of LiuGong's products to ensure that more than 300 distributors in more than 100 countries can quickly obtain LiuGong original parts and actively respond to customers' needs.
