infra-project
Schwing Stetter India (SSI), signed a strategic partnership with global leader Rubble Master HMH GmbH, to enter the mobile compact crushing business. The partnership follows both the companies' recent participation in Bauma 2019, Munich. This is the re-entry of Rubble Master in the Indian market with a new cooperation partner, SSI.

Schwing Stetter India will be the exclusive distributor to sell and service the complete range of Rubble Master HMH GmbH products from Austria in India through its 29 sales and spares offices, 9 service centers and a strong 400 service personnel. With this product, Schwing Stetter India will be able to provide solutions for the customer for aggregate crushing and recycling applications. Schwing Stetter's concreting line of equipment uses aggregates and sand as the main ingredients for concreting. Rubble Master range of products mainly the aggregate crushers and screeners will complement Schwing Stetter India's concreting equipment which in turn will provide total concreting solutions to the customer.

Rubble Master HMH GmbH is a market leader in the field of mobile compact crushers and offers a range of top quality and high performance mobile crushing, screening and conveying solutions for recycling, demolition, quarrying, mining and contracting applications. The company focusses on the development and marketing of machines for the conventional processing of stone and earth. The company also innovates machines for the economical reuse of construction waste like building debris, asphalt and broken roads on site, particularly in inner-city construction sites. As part of the new deal, Schwing Stetter India and Rubble Master HMH GmBH will launch a product (RM60) in India at present followed by RM70, RM90, RM100 and RM 120 whose output range varies from 80 t/hr to 300 t/hr. The company also provides an exclusive machine, RM V550 for manufactured sand processing.

Speaking about the partnership, Mr. V.G. Sakthikumar, Managing Director of Schwing Stetter India said, "Signing this partnership with Rubble Master is yet another milestone in Schwing Stetter's successful track record of equipping global businesses to branch to newer territories and attract prospective customers. Their comprehensive range of machines and products will be advantageous for our own customers who will have a wide spectrum of offerings to choose from. Together with our deep domain capabilities, we are well positioned to tap into new verticals of clientele by offering a robust complete portfolio of concreting and non-concreting equipment solutions".

Speaking about the partnership, Mr.Gerald Hanisch, Managing Director | CEO of Rubble Master HMH GmBH said, "Our mobile crushers are ideal, especially in terms of versatility and the long distances in India - a good solution for the sustainable development of the country. Our products complement the Schwing Stetter range perfectly. Schwing Stetter's concrete plants mainly use aggregates and sand. Our product range will complement the concreting equipment in India and offers a complete solution. Large quantities of natural rock are processed to produce building materials. Our machines can do a great job here.

Recycling is also already being used in the road construction sector which is another possible application for mobile crushers. The distances between each job are enormous and often the destinations are difficult to reach. Here we have a decisive advantage with our compact mobile crushing machines, which can be transported quickly. The compact crushers can be transported at any time and without the need for special permits. Operated by remote control, they remain mobile even during operation and can be moved easily from one place to another even through difficult terrain".
