    Delhi plans new elevated road project
    In a recent development, the state government in Delhi has agreed to build an elevated road link from Ashram Chowk to Badarpur as a decision to this effect was announced at a joint meeting held recently between Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal and Haryana chief minister, Manohar Lal Khattar. Apart from this, other issues including land acquisition and development of 80 m-wide link road in NCT Delhi to link Dwarka with the 150 m-wide NPR in Gurgaon and also the linking of MG road with Nelson Mandela T Point Near Basant Kunj flyover, widening of the link road between Mehrauli road near Andheria Mor in Delhi to Gurgaon-Faridabad road near Gwal Phari through Gadaipur and Mandi, 75 m-wide road link in Delhi area between sector-109 and 114 of Gurgaon-Manesar-Urban Complex. These apart, connecting Gurgaon with Nazafgarh road, link between Sonipat to UER Zone P-I1 Delhi through 60 m-wide road and widening of the Bawana-Auchandi road up to Haryana border thereby connecting Kharkhoda with national highway-8, are the other road projects, which are in the pipeline, evoked unanimity between the two chief ministers.
