The real estate building major of the national repute NBCC India, recently signed an agreement with Commerce Ministry to develop an office complex in the national capital at a cost of Rs.226.84 crore. In this connection, it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Directorate General of Supplies and Disposal (DGS&D) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for planning, designing, and constructing the new office complex at 16A, Akbar Road, New Delhi. NBCC, currently, is present in three main segments - Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate Development, and EPC contracting, claimed official statement.
