The international border road building agency, NHIDCL, has received the feasibility report and DPR and it is all set to start the construction work shortly, said Deputy General Manager, NHIDCL, SK Deb, elaborating that the estimated cost for the project will involve only civil works, including bridges, but this will not include land acquisition cost.
