M’rashtra unveils Rs. 30,000-cr super e-way project

    The Maharashtra chief minister, Devendra Fadnavis, in a recent development has showcased the super expressway project worth Rs. 30,000-cr to the visiting Malaysian construction companies' delegation, which evinced keen interest in partnering with the state in this and other upcoming infrastructure projects. The projects also included Mumbai-Nagpur communication expressway and affordable housing schemes being planned in the state. In the meeting, the Malaysian company CIDB Holding's chairman, Dato Shree and representatives of several companies, currently visiting the state to study the potential to boost the state's economic growth as the planned super e-way envisaged several growth centres on the route passing through 22 districts. The scope for investment is vast as the project is the biggest of its kind in the country. The CM assured ease of doing business as another delegation of Indian ambassadors and heads of Indian missions in ten countries also called on the Chief Minister and explored immense potential for promoting foreign investment in the state in industrial manufacturing, tourism, building smart cities, and allied infra projects.
