"At TBBS, we assure our clients reliable, high quality, hassle free solutions to meet their business needs. Our construction practices significantly reduce safety risk, and we take pride in delivering solutions that match our commitments," says Mr. Rohit Ranjan, General Manager-Marketing, and Tata BlueScope Building Solutions.

How has the demand as well as supply grown in PEB industry in the last 5 years.
The PEB market in India is currently estimated close to Rs. 4,500 crores. It has been growing steadily @10-15% per annum, and likely to continue this pattern in the medium term. The long-term potential, however, is much higher, and whether or not the industry is able to leverage this depends on; (a) improvement in knowledge and skill sets across the PEB value chain, (b) increase in the rate at which customers appreciate the benefits of PEB's and adopt these over conventional construction approaches, and (c) steps taken by the government for stronger economic growth.

In view of the above, what are the new challenges, you think, the ind- ustry will face in the coming years.
The challenge for PEB manufacturers' lies in developing the flexibility in their products and services to align better with changing customer needs.Access to information from across the globe has significantly increased customer awareness. PEB manufacturers need to respond suitably by improving not just their own capability, but that of their supplier and builder partners as well.

Could you elaborate on benefits of your products vis-à-vis other players in the market?
Tata BlueScope Building Solutions currently offers PEB solutions under the premium world-class BUTLER® Building Systems, and contemporary ECOBUILD™ Building Systems brands to its customers. The 'FM Approved' MR-24® Standing Seam Roof System offered exclusively with BUTLER® Building Systems has been a preferred solution for several prestigious projects.

At Tata BlueScope Building Solutions we assure our clients reliable, high quality, hassle free solutions to meet their business needs. Our construction practices significantly reduce safety risk, and we take pride in delivering solutions that match our commitments.
