V. Senthil Kumar, Managing Director - Propel
Propel will be introducing a unique e-track (electric track / electric mobile) at Excon. The Next Generation PROPEL crusher is a revolution in the field of crushing and screening segment. PROPEL e-TRACK is an electric-powered unit converted from the traditional concept of diesel-hydraulic mobile crushers to onboard Dual Power (diesel-electric) crushing and screening machines. Changing quickly from electric to diesel power and vice versa is a unique feature, which is present in all the models.

Our new-gen crushers are going to be a game-changer in the coming decade.
Our semi mobile series / PROFAST wheel plants are used for all primary, secondary and tertiary crushing & screening applications. Our robust Mobile Series is designed for easy transportation and for rapid deployment by using standard prime movers. These new generation crushers can provide significant improvements to the crushing capacity, end product gradation and reduction ratios. These machines are 15-20% more effective and economical when compared to our competitors.

We are maximizing the benefit of customer by providing more value through our cost-effective solutions.
Our inimitable diesel-electric range is operated by electricity and offers significant power, servicing and maintenance cost savings in direct comparison to diesel - hydraulic powered mobile plants. This also results various ecological compensations, such as diminishing the environmental impact while overwhelming cost-effective energy solutions.

Propel gets propelled through a tool like RAMs i.e, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability and of course safety is our first priority. Our main motive is to maximize the benefit for the customer by providing more value through our cost-effective solutions. Our customers are happy because of our optimal customer care, performance and availability of spares, all of which is always guaranteed.

Propel is offering the most economic compact M-sand plants for early recovery of ROI.
Production of manufactured sand has become an envisioned purpose rather than a by-product. It’s not just producing stone fines but to add value by manufacturing a high grade of M-sand. As you know, manufactured sand offers performance advantages to concrete, asphalt and mortar mixes, commercially as well. The successful commissioning of multi M-sand plants across the country, made Propel to innovate a new version of Pro-Wash and Thickener to support the M-sand Industry.

The company has contributed up to 500TPH capacity M-sand plant in South India, recently. The compact / modular concept of M-sand processing plant will be displayed in the upcoming Excon event. Propel is offering the most economic compact M-sand plants for an early recovery of ROI and to control the cost and quality of the aggregate production.

Propel

Propel is progressing towards a data-driven organization through IoT.
MTTR & MTBF are two key factors to meet customer expectations. Propel leverages the power of intelligence in field sensors for oil levels, oil flow, input-output temperatures / pressures, maintaining the specified crushing gaps etc, for consistent productivity. Field monitoring data analysis is provided to customers with detailed information and consequences to ensure more efficient field management.

The data interactions between suppliers, manufacturers and consumers must be gathered in the right format, right quality, and at the right time for analysis. Big Data can tell the business where to focus its efforts to meet market demand. Previously, this information was disseminated across different formats, locations and sites; but now businesses are trying to analyze the end-to-end consequences of their processes throughout the value chain.

We have expanded our presence in over 13 countries and are planning to double it in the coming years.
When it comes to better utilization and higher productivity, Propel equipment is a one-stop solution for the CE industry. The design of our machines is so reliable that operating errors are easily avoided, and occupational safety is improved. Propel is pretty confident that our equipment is going to be the benchmark in the upcoming crushing industry. Propel has always emphasized on high precision manufacturing processes to yield a higher quality product than that of the multinational OEMs.

We have expanded globally and increased our presence in over 13 countries as of now and are planning to double our presence in the coming years. We can also proudly say that our customers across the world acknowledge the flakiness and elongation index of our end-products.

Robust, Reliability & Re-engineering are the three main criteria of Propel’s success.
Our tie ups and strong relationship with our financing partners enable us to provide financial services at our clients’ doorstep to facilitate their funding needs. In fact, Robust, Reliability & Re-engineering are the three main criteria of Propel’s success story. We believe that rehabilitating our equipment after years of operation by consumers is the best buyback policy in our history card. Upgrading the old machineries with the latest features along with lifetime service is yet another key to building strong relations with our customers.

In-spite of the current sluggish market our order intake is growing month-to-month.
Aggregates play a major role in the Construction Equipment Industry. Propel is always focused on reinforcing the engineering properties of aggregates such as their shape, angularity, productivity etc., with substantial benefits to the end users. In-spite of the current sluggish market, our order intake is growing month-to-month, which is a good indication of upcoming business potential. I personally feel that the slowdown in the market is temporary and manufacturers can, in the meanwhile, gear up to meet the upcoming demand. Customers today are more knowledgeable and want better and faster ROI, and we are working towards meeting this demand.
