We introduced premium variants of concrete truck mixer ‘Super Six’ and ‘Super® 7’ in partnership with Mahindra Powerol.
Our company is very conscious of fuel efficiency and our equipment are environment friendly. Our major contribution was introduction of a new product called `Super Six’ in the truck mixer equipment category, in cooperation with Mahindra Powerol, which is one of the industry’s first initiative. This product will offer substantial reduction in fuel consumption by over 30% on a 6 cum mixer fitted with this engine. This will offer a saving of `1 lakh per year on fuel cost for the customers if they operate the mixer for 2000 kms at a stretch. We keep undertaking similar research and are probably the only company to have incorporated IoT in almost all our products like boom pumps, truck mixers and batching plants. In the newly introduced Super Six, we have the `IoT Enabled Mixer’, ‘IoT In Mixer’ and the `IoT Ready Mixer’.

Modern batching plants come with flexible computer-controls facilitating storage of different mix recipes (variations of different strengths of concrete based on the amount aggregates - cement, water and sand that can be used). This can be precisely controlled, thereby enabling energy efficiency. Also, batching plants these days produce high volumes of concrete in a shorter time span, which was not the case a few years back. The key benefit of working with these plants is that the workers are given a controlled environment that is pollution free, which enhances the quality of life for the operators.

Schwing is developing eco-friendly pumps.
Fuel efficiency is a major parameter that a customer looks for, given the bearing it has on the design of green products. Also, concepts such as low lifecycle cost, faster return on investments, cost per cubic meter, all have a positive impact on OEMs, who have launched a variety of pumps to suit the requirements of the customer, coupled with innovative service packages. New operating systems give all the information about pumping hours, running hours, and wear and tear. Schwing Stetter is ahead of the industry in terms of introducing new products. Our recent new product launches were Schwing stationary concrete pump SP1015D/HD, SP1420 and SP 4507.

Schwing Stetter India is ready with a BS VI emission vehicle for Stetter concrete transit mixers way back in 2017.

The challenge is to have network connectivity in remote locations.
Since the potential is huge, the industry is making a transition to a more innovative method by moving to intelligent systems driven by IoT and data analysis for networking, service and sustainability. OEMs are using advanced control systems in operator cabins, and the best aggregates / components to make machines that are highly productive, fuel-efficient and low on maintenance. The future of the CE industry in India is very good and we strongly believe in its long-term growth.

Schwing Stetter India is exporting to 30 countries and has 7 overseas offices.
Our export is growing continuously, and our machines have worked in many prestigious projects in South Asia, South East Asia and Africa.

We sell and service the XCMG product line in India and have recently partnered with Gomaco USA to offer concrete pavers and Rubble master HMH GmBH for mobile crushing plants. Our aim is to become a one stop shop with complete concreting and non-concreting equipment solution provider.

Finance companies offer the highest percentage of financing for Schwing Stetter equipment.
Schwing Stetter’s assets are categorised as high-quality equipment in the industry and therefore finance companies offer the highest percentage of financing for our equipment. We work closely with customers who are in the rental and lease business and support them by giving our equipment with maintenance contract to help them succeed in their business.

We provide after-sales service and spares from our 32 spares stores and 10 service centers across the country.
Our well-trained resident service engineers are available near jobsite clusters at Hubli, Trichy, Madurai, Nellore, Goa, Nasik, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Siliguri, Uttarakhand, Rajkot, Dahej and many more places. Our service centres located in strategic locations also offer services like overhauling of equipment from minor to major, periodic maintenance, conversion, mounting, insurance handling, retro fitment, repainting, and more. Our company also offers annual maintenance contract, operation & maintenance packages, turnkey projects, re-erection and commissioning of batching plants.
