Swaminathan Dhandapani, Etrack Crushers / Keestrack

Swaminathan Dhandapani, Chief Executive Officer
We have introduced the largest combination of Jaw and cone Hybrid Track Machine in the market with only two chassis.
This machine will deliver the highest productivity compared to the current options in the market. The hybrid function allows it to operate at the lowest cost per ton, delivering maximum profits to the customer.
All Keestrack machines are designed with maintenance-friendly features such as the hydraulically operated sliding feature of the Hopper and Grizzly, which provides extra space for maintenance, hence, saving time and providing ease of operation for the operator.
Similarly, our scalper screens have lifting features at both the rear and front ends. The wire meshes can be changed with a unique cassette system in a fraction of time as compared with our peers in the industry.
Our aim is to reduce cost of operation for contractors and ensure optimum machine uptime.
In mobile crushing and screening equipment, the capital cost as well as operation cost have always been a big concern for contractors. However, with Keestrack range of products, our focus is to provide the latest technology with best-in-class features, which, in turn, will enable customers to achieve the lowest cost of operations.
We are manufacturing our machines at our Neemrana facility where we have achieved approximately 80% localization. As this would also serve as our global supply base, we would take a slightly calibrated approach towards 100% localization. However, all the wear and maintenance parts have been completely localized to ensure cost competitiveness along with immediate response for spares support to our customers.

Keestrack strives for ecological and economic sustainable equipment, and makes sure that our equipment produces an end-product at the lowest cost per ton.
We are providing first in the industry 3 deck onboard screen along with the cone crusher to enable customers to save on logistics, fuel, capital, and maintenance cost. Our drop off engine unit options include plug & play features.
All our machines are run @1500 RPM or below, to give the lowest fuel consumption. Use of load sensing hydraulic system also reduces fuel consumption up to 25%.
The Keestrack-er telematics software system provides real-time data and analytics via a web portal.
With large fleets and multiple sites in operation, it is essential that owners know the location and status of their machines in real time, 24 hours a day.
In response, we have developed the Keestrack-er telematics software system that provides real-time data and analytics via a web portal. The system enables owners to check the location of their machines and whether they are working correctly.
All aspects of a machine can be checked and if necessary, remote updates to the software can be made. It is possible to run diagnostic tests for all components including the feeder, screen, crusher, engine and conveyors. The Keestrack-er also adds an extra dimension to maintenance planning, helping to keep machines in operation for longer periods.

Technological development resulting in lower carbon footprint and lower cost of operation will be the driving force in the crushing and screening market.
We anticipate the following trends in the market:
- Mobility: Due to the shortening project timelines, we foresee a shift towards mobile crushing and screening equipment. This will also assist in reducing the sunk cost on account of unnecessary civil foundations.
- Hybrid Technology: Machines that can be run by electricity and have the option of HSD, when required, giving contractors flexibility to choose and reduce cost of operation.
- Analytics: Telematics for enabling remote troubleshooting and monitoring of asset utilization to maximize productivity.
We have one principal dealership for mining across India and are developing a solid network of channel partners for growing our road construction and special application business.
We are delighted by the response of our channel partners and customers as everyone is delighted by our approach towards innovation and performance of products on ground.
The Indian organisation has the direct responsibility for catering to the domestic, SAARC, and African markets. As the products manufactured in India are of same standard as the European machines, they could be considered to support the European markets as well.
The focus on capital expenditure in the Budget 2022-23 will provide the much-needed boost to mining and metals (M&M) industry, which forms the backbone of the developing New India.
The pilot projects for coal gasification and conversion of coal into chemicals will boost the transition to a carbon neutral economy.
A slew of measures has also been announced from indirect tax perspective such as extension of customs duty exemption on import of steel scrap by another year (up to 31 March 2023) and revocation of anti–dumping and countervailing duty on specified steel products.
