Our newly developed E9 Extruder is about 40% faster than our traditional models.
All our extruders including our flagship P7 extruder produce high quality hollow core slabs with good compaction, good cross section, and good bonding with strands. The machines are completely automatic and communicate with the concrete transportation and distribution systems. The whole factory of 1000 mt2 / day capacity can be run with just 6-8 people.
Digitalisation of our manufacturing operations has enhanced productivity.
Elematic promises consistent product quality and high availability of machines with its reliable services and support. We have digitalised the manufacturing operations and are using the proprietary planning software EliPlan that allows you to visualise table and bed planning for production, enhances productivity, and reduces wastage in the factory.
Elematic is executing the structural design of 40 million sq.ft commercial buildings at Hyderabad in collaboration with My Home construction.
The under-construction My Home project in Hyderabad will have 40 mn sq. ft of IT and commercial buildings over the next 10 years. Elematic is designing the entire structure and helping the client with precast technology and maintenance of the plant.
Such iconic structures draw the attention of builders to new possibilities of developing projects using technology. The cost and time savings will encourage investments in such construction methodologies.
It is not surprising to see adoption of precast increasing along with the impetus to the development of infra projects by the government.
The Infrastructure industry was the first to use precast construction and also post tension methods since many years. Today, there is increasing use of precast concrete products not only in residential and commercial projects but also in infra development projects like tunnels, bridges, overbridges, flyovers, underpasses/overpasses. Many RCC structures are being done in precast, including segmental box girders or U-girders, piers, and pier caps etc.
Now, more and more companies and contractors are realising that they have to mechanise construction; in fact, many tenders both in public and private space are coming out with precast specifications with stipulated timelines and offsite specifications.
Growth drivers that are pushing demand for precast construction include mass housing projects of the government, growth in the number of infrastructure projects, IT business, and expanding industrial and warehousing segments.

Elematic was the first in the Precast industry to understand the interdependency between precast construction, design, and technology.
For faster casting of concrete elements like girders, tunnel segments, etc at the casting yards, huge cranes are required to lift them. So, most precast applications for infra projects are site-based, which means that the elements are cast and placed at the site due to their heavy weight.
We set up a design wing way back in 2008 to help clients design their buildings in precast and use the manufacturing facility to construct efficient buildings. We have implemented the BIM work model which helps reduce time in designing. The software also provides project management to project owners by mapping and controlling cost and time against the planned budget.
Elematic offers a wide range of plants and machinery such as the SEMI Plants starting from 2 lakh sq. ft BUA to 1 million. sq. ft construction; Our PRO Precast plants are for medium sized projects of 1 Mn to 3 Mn sq. ft/year. Our EDGE Precast plants are for large/mega projects of 2 Mn – 10 Mn sq. ft/ year construction. Our engineering design offices at Gurugram and Pune are providing support to all our clients globally, for whom we have executed precast projects successfully.
