Our Model AEW-30, for example, is a fully automatic, compact Mobile Concrete Batching Plant with gravel & sand hoppers on single chassis with two numbers of wheel axles and a separate frame for the pan mixer. The plant can be towed by tractor or an equivalent power.
The plant comprises of adequate capacity gravel & sand hoppers, weighing conveyor suspended on electronic load cells, pan type mixer unit, additives tank, cement silo with screw conveyor, rubber belt charging conveyor, and PLC based control panel.

An AEW engineer is always available at customer site to sort out any on-site issue with the machines. We offer AMC for quick solution in minimum time so as to ensure sustained working of the machines and to enhance production. Our workshops are always available for machine overhauling, maintenance, or modifications as per customer’s specific requirements.
Our support team also suggests and design machines for customers’ special project requirements. Today, we can boast of a strong customer base which has remained loyal despite economic slowdowns, and the recent pandemic lockdowns that disrupted supplies.
