We are offering solutions on a standalone basis for producing finished materials and also for EPC projects to utilize residual materials from various process industries.
R.B. Panchal, CMD, Neptune Industries Ltd.

We are seeing a growing market for C & D Waste, Fly Ash, and other industrial waste residual materials.
We see demand rising due to growing awareness of the possible usage of alternate materials like Demolition Waste, Fly Ash, and other residual materials in the production of final products. Such materials can be used through value addition, by following government regulations, and based on scientific research by government and private entities.

There is also demand for higher capacity plants, up from 25,000 Brick per day to 1,00,000 bricks per day. Demand is coming from civil contractors, power steel plant owners, and from real estate project owners for industries like steel, power and cement looking for ways to utilize their residual waste. At Neptune, we are strongly positioned to cater to the needs of all these users through our integrated solutions facilitating processing of the materials, from batching till the finished products in the form of Fly Ash Brick, concrete blocks, Pavers tiles, etc.

Our plants could produce 50,000 - 3,00,000 bricks per day with fully automatic plant with complete automation for raw material handling, batching, press machine, green product handling with Stacker./ Finger car automation.
Our offerings comprises Neptune Vibro Series and Neptune Mega Series with plant capacities ranging between 50,000 - 3,00,000 bricks per day with two lines and automation.

We also offer the Neptune Vibro Series with concrete Blocks production capacity of 5,000 -25,000 pieces per shift; concrete pavers at 300 - 3000 sqm/shift; and fly ash bricks between 10,000 – 2,00,000 pieces per day. The Vibro Series comes with complete fly ash & cement silo, pneumatic conveying system, and batching plant. We also provide AAC block plants from our principal company Alpina.

Our plants having a lower operating cost due to their advanced technical features for delivering the rated output. The smart automated plants featuring PLC and SCADA based systems, software from Siemens and other European entities, and our own hardware.

All these features ensure functional reliability of our plants. Our block making plants are manufactured with technical collaboration from our Italian partner Frima,

Neptune Industries Limited

We will be providing turnkey solutions in a bigger way now.
We will be providing turnkey solutions through complete EPC support for building materials and construction industry segments like fly ash bricks, concrete blocks pavers and tiles, aerated autoclave blocks, light weight aggregates, mortars, binders, dry mix mortars, adhesive grouts, green sand etc.

Neptune has recently undertaken a turnkey EPC project for NTPC for producing 2,00,000 fly ash bricks and also for Jindal Steel and Power through its Vibro Series plants, besides other projects.

Neptune has always evolved, developed and implemented the advanced technology for innovative building materials development affordable EPC cost.

We believe that our real estate construction industries is growing with fast track after situation where large capacity production with quality products and fully automated plant are in demand.

Neptune Industries Limited

Neptune offers complete turnkey projects with EPC solution for all building material manufacturing plant i.e. concrete blocks / pavers ,clay bricks/ blocks fly ash bricks / blocks, AAC blocks, interlocking walking block capacity 50,000 pcs / day 300,000 pcs/day with fully computerized central control system.

We noted that there is very high demand and shortage of building materials with good price support which create big demand of good quality, automated product manufacturing plants.

We are seeing that in metropolitan and other major urbanized cities, there are various activities been done under redevelopment schemes coming up, and that has generated large quantity of C & D waste that has been recycled to make aggregated and further used for making brick, blocks and paver blocks.

Neptune have installed 1st of its kind such plant in Delhi for ILFS C&D recycle facility at Mundka.

Neptune is also developing special building materials products for low cost flooring for village & sub urban areas, the interlocking blocks made with machine are found to have good load bearing capacity.

Interlocking blocks salient features :-
  • Best finish booth side good
  • Load bearing capacity no plaster mean
  • Inside directly putty coat.
  • Outside plaster not required only direct paint / white base.
  • No bricks mix mortar between layers
  • Strong earthquake proof.
