V. Senthilkumar, Managing Director Propel Industries
“We believe that Propel is well positioned to replicate its Indian success in global markets and have plans to foray into newer markets world-wide.” V. Senthilkumar, Managing Director Propel Industries

Foundations of success
Started in the year 2009, Propel became the fastest growing Crushing and Screening equipment manufacturer in India within a short span of time. Decades of experience in engineering design and innovation and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are the foundations of Propel’s success. We have a base of more than 2000 customers worldwide and a product portfolio of 350 plus equipment ranging in capacity from 75 TPH to 1000 TPH (tons per hour). We offer stationary, semi-mobile and mobile crushing and screening equipment and a comprehensive range of washing systems.

We have world class, vertically integrated manufacturing units that enable us to achieve impeccable process and quality control. We believe Propel is perfectly positioned to replicate its Indian success in the global market. We are present in 15 countries and have plans to foray into newer markets world-wide in the coming years.

Propel Industries foraying into newer markets world-wide
IoT and automation
Propel has a stall in Bauma 2022 where we will showcase our strengths in design and technology to potential customers and dealers. We will highlight our comprehensive range of equipment and proven track record of providing customers technologically sound, cost-effective solutions that result in lower operating cost and high returns on investments.

A greater thrust on IoT and automation has paid rich dividends and we have been able to help customers increase plant uptime and reduce running costs. Our IoT architecture is driven by three goals: reducing process variability, increasing productivity, and improving plant uptime. We use a data driven proactive method to help analyze the condition of our plant and predict problems before they occur. This helps us prevent sudden outages, machine trips etc., and reduces maintenance costs and manpower required.

Hybrid & large-capacity machines
Propel places great emphasis on sustainability and environmentally friendly solutions. Propel has taken a lead in electrification of its track equipment. We offer multi configuration, high capacity (in the range of 200 TPH to 400 TPH) dual powered track plants which includes Jaw, Cone, VSI and Screen. In addition to having a lower carbon footprint, the hybrid machines provide huge savings in operation costs too.

In recent years, we have seen greater demand for high-capacity machines. These provide customers quicker return on investments as the operating costs per ton of output is reduced. We have recently introduced higher capacity equipment across all segments, and are planning to launch Jaw Crushers with 1200TPH capacity soon. We have many more exciting product launches on the anvil for the coming year.
