How do you see 2015-16 for crushing, screening, and washing equipment?
We are positive and expecting good prospective for crushing and screening equipment seeing government initiative of fast-tracking rail, roads, and, mining projects.
Are you planning any new launches considering the improving business scenario?
We have introduced quite a few models of jaw crushers in primary & secondary stages to meet the demands. Some of the primary & secondary crusher recently being added to our already extensive list of crushers include: Primary Jaw Crusher PJC 30"x20", PJC 44"x33", PJC 48"x38", and Secondary Jaw Crusher SJC 42"x09."
We have always believed in providing our customer with latest technology to ease up their crushing process and achieve high productivity.
What are the recent engineering advancements being carried at your end to mitigate tough competition and retain the market position?
We have a state-of-the-art design department with industry standard designing software viz solid works, ProE, etc. We constantly keep them updating to newer technology which in turn helps us to improve our crushing machines to perform better.
With the improvisations in place, what are the new application areas being focused by Marsman?
We are mainly focusing on Surface Rock Quarrying.
What initiatives are you taking to strengthen your after sales services, spare parts availability, and after market product support?
Crushing machinery involves two parts, one is selling the machinery & the other is after sales support, both are equally important. We just don't sell the machinery but we also advice our customers to buy a set of essentials spare parts to keep the plant running. To avoid breakdown in crusher and allied equipment, we provide decent discounts on spare parts with the purchase of new machinery.
We have highly skilled engineers who provide operational training to site supervisors. Also, we have a dedicated after sales department to cater to spare parts requirement or any technical queries of our customers.
Is contract crushing being planned ensuring reduction in per ton cost for the plant owners?
We specialize in erection of plants and undertake contract crushing whereever a client requires. Our skilled team of engineers ensures highest productivity and maximum profits. For that, we always offer a contract crushing proposition to our customers prior to buying the crusher.
