We are offering a wide range of gear pumps for asphalt batch mix plants.
We manufacture Rotary twin gear pumps, rotary gear pumps, fuel injection internal gear pumps, and bitumen jacketed gear pumps under the brand name ROTOFLUID.
We are supplying our gear pumps to asphalt batch mix plant manufacturers like Ammann, Marini, Vibrant, Alltech, Atlas etc. The gear pumps are manufactured at our plant in Ahmedabad as per European standards. They undergo the most advanced automated tests for noise, flow rate, power consumption, and pressure.
While our main strategy is to offer our products to the OEMs, we are also catering to the after market, and are also looking to export to countries like the Middle East, South Africa, and others.
Our in-house ‘Automated Lab Test Bench’ has been set up to check quality compliance of raw materials.
In keeping with the company’s commitment to quality, we have invested in an in-house ‘Automated Lab Test Bench’ to check the quality compliance of raw materials sourced from approved vendors. All the supplies are systematically documented in accordance with the requirements of ISO quality procedures.
Our R&D team is constantly developing new products to meet market requirements.
We undertake R&D for product innovations, new techniques and processes, sophistication in instrumentation, raw materials, and in producing more cost-effective products.
