In keeping with the Excon’s theme of ‘Building India for a New World – Competitiveness, Growth, Sustainability, Technology, we are showcasing our product in five sections.
Greener Tomorrow: In this section we will be displaying our electric solutions for both On-Highway and Off-Highway vehicles. We will exhibit solutions for small and medium tonnage of On-Highway vehicles, and electric solutions for warehousing, material handling, and other construction equipment.

Smart Cities: In this section we will display solutions for concrete and building construction for smarter cities of tomorrow and will feature solutions for batching plants, self-loading mixers, transit mixers, drives for tower cranes etc.

World Class Infrastructure: This section will feature our compactors, pavers and other road and infrastructure equipment, used in developing world-class infrastructure.

Self-Reliant Future: This section will have gearmotors, parallel shafts, and right-angled gearboxes, used in various applications of mining and mineral processing.

Driving Growth: We have the widest range of drive solutions in the industry and are the only one producing track, slew and cutter drives.

We are offering our best in class 700CK series of drives used on tracked machines ranging from 1.5 to 120 tons in partnership with Kayaba Industries.
Market trends in transmission systems of off-highway, construction, mining, and material handling segments are driven by the ever-increasing expectations of the customer from their equipment. Given the cost pressures inherent in the Indian market, better fuel efficiency, productivity and low maintenance are right at the top of customers’ expectations. Design of a transmission plays a vital part in delivering on these diverse expectations.

Bonfiglioli, having worked with all major OEMs across the globe in construction equipment, has decades of experience that enables it to provide solutions meeting these objectives. One such solution that we offer is the 700CK series of drives used on tracked machines ranging from 1.5 to 120 tons. These products are the result of partnership with Kayaba Industries CO. and represent the best-in-class solution for the industry.

All the hydraulic and the mechanical functions like power drive, operating and travel speed, hydraulic and mechanical emergency braking system, and overload protection, are incorporated in a single unit. Extreme compactness, reliability, efficiency, and smooth operation are the key feature of 700CK series of track drives.

We are a single source for most of our customers, indicative of the trust and confidence they have in us.
Bonfiglioli has been in India for nearly two decades and our key strength lies in our ability to work with large OEMs who are leaders in their field to design and develop customised solutions for a wide range of user applications. Over a period, this has given us deeper knowledge of specific application requirements of Indian CE Industry, helping us in developing the widest range of drives that is unmatched in the industry. This creates a win-win situation for all the stakeholders as we are a single stop shop for most of our customers, catering to their diverse drive requirements. It is also important for us that we are a single source for most of our customers, indicative of the trust and confidence they have in us, that we value greatly.

IoT and electronics are becoming tools for bringing efficiency, sustainability, and the latest emission norms to new age equipment.
Digitisation is permeating all walks of our lives and the CE industry has not been immune to this disruptive and welcome phenomenon. Internet of things and electronics are becoming important tools for achieving the objectives of bringing efficiency, sustainability, and latest emission norms to the new age equipment. These digital tools support the operator by providing him with all the necessary parameters in real time. This enables him to have the equipment working in the optimum mode to achieve fuel economy and productivity.

Bonfiglioli is deploying intelligent solutions based on its expertise in transmission manufacturing and combining it with new-age digital tools.
Bonfiglioli has many unique solutions where electronic & hydraulic features are integrated in a mechanical transmissions system to provide the right online feedback mechanism to equipment operators across applications.

One of our patented solutions is integration of load cell with the gearbox. This quickly and precisely measures torque and enables torque monitoring in real time. Connected via an external cable connection, the system provides an automatic engine shutdown to protect the drive or reduce the capacity of the frequency converter, while providing information to the PLC. In addition, the system also has an anti-seize function which prevents blockages. The evaluation of its data also facilitates the predictive maintenance.

The new integrated load bearing system allows Bonfiglioli for the first time in the market to deploy an intelligent solution, combining our historic excellence in transmission manufacturing with new age digital tools.

Our local engineering centre works closely with customers to achieve cost-efficient objectives.
Our products lie at the heart of construction equipment; their performance is critical to overall operation of the equipment. Being a leader in our industry, we set benchmarks for performance, thus quality is an uncompromising facet of our business. However, price competitiveness in a cost-conscious Indian market can’t be ignored, and we address it by working together with our customers. This involves in-depth study of duty cycles for right sizing of products, understanding machine features for product optimisation and continuous improvements by way of VAVE projects. Our local engineering centre works closely with our customers to achieve these objectives.

Bonfiglioli with its emphasis on ‘one global quality’ serves customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Since its inception in India, Bonfiglioli had a clear strategic vision in line with ‘Made in India and Made for the World’. Exports have formed an important constituent of our revenue and going forward we expect this trend to continue. Presently, we are exporting to over a dozen countries, and these include advanced economies like USA, UK, France etc., with high levels of customer expectations.
