Hardik. T. Shah, Director
The global industrial gearbox market is expected to reach a value of USD 31.31 billion by 2026, and Ingeco is ready to meet the increasing demand from the construction equipment sector with its strong manufacturing capabilities.
Hardik. T. Shah, Director

We are witnessing increasing opportunities in the gearbox market through our local and global partnerships.
We have been providing gearboxes, including custom-built ones, to OEMs in various industries like asphalt batching plants, cement batching plants, crushing and screening plants, material handling plants, conveyors, earth moving equipment, and off-road vehicles, for over four decades.

There are many new opportunities emerging as foreign companies are shifting their purchasing destination from China to India. The competitive market in India and the need to reduce equipment costs are driving these companies to source their gearbox and power transmission requirements locally.

The ‘Make in India’ initiative of the Indian government has attracted many foreign construction equipment companies to form joint ventures with Indian firms or establish their own plants in the country. We are also seeing opportunities arising from Indian companies expanding their product offerings.

Hardik. T. Shah, Director

Our advanced manufacturing and engineering capabilities, combined with our skilled design team and state-of-the-art equipment, allow us to meet the needs of both Indian and foreign companies.
We have a strong design team trained in the latest gear train design and CAD modeling software, as well as FEA capabilities to design innovative solutions for gearboxes. Our modern plant, covering an area of one lakh square feet, is equipped with the latest gearbox-making machines such as gear hobbers, gear grinding machines, CNC turning and milling machines, and gear testing equipment. We are therefore well-prepared to meet the demand from construction equipment manufacturers for gearboxes that will help extend the duty cycles, maintenance intervals, and reliability of their machines, while reducing breakdowns. Our goal is to provide improved and robust gearboxes to help keep their plants running efficiently.

As experts in the gear manufacturing industry with over 45 years of experience, we understand the specific design and manufacturing requirements for gearboxes and gear motors in Indian working conditions.
The increasing complexity of application engineering and the demand for customized products with specific design and standards by OEMs has made product development more challenging. However, with our expertise and engineering capabilities, we are able to meet these challenges and provide cost-effective and definitive R&D inputs to our customers for their specific application requirements.

Gearboxes and gear motors like any other engineering product requires to be designed and manufactured specifically for Indian working conditions. Backed by expertise and sound engineering capabilities, we have been providing cost-effective and definitive R&D inputs to our customers for their specific application requirements.

We have a dedicated logistics support system for timely supply of spares to customers.
Post-sales, we provide onsite training to plant and machine operators to undertake preventive maintenance of gearboxes. We understand that the per hour breakdown cost can be very high. To check this, we have a special service team to provide onsite service for any maintenance or breakdown anywhere in India. We also ensure parts availability through our dedicated logistics support to customers at the shortest time possible time. After market supply of the gearboxes and spares is made through our OEM clients who are supported by Ingeco dealers.
