Please tell us about the power transmission products manufactured by Ingeco.
We started by making gear parts about four decades ago. Today, we are a certified manufacturer of composite gear parts, gear boxes, and power transmission products. Our products find application in a wide range of infrastructure and mineral processing equipment like asphalt and concrete batch mix plants, earthmoving dozers, and track crushing and screening equipment.
Our gears and gear boxes are being targeted at all major asphalt batch mix plants, and crushing equipment. Our customers also include hydrostatic sensor paver manufacturers. We market our products through our in-house marketing teams and through our dealership channels.

What strategy is the company deploying to cater to the demand from OEMs for quality gear boxes?
The growth of Ingeco has been driven by our close customer engagements. Our strategy to build business is to achieve higher levels of value engineering in our solutions. We are expanding our old and new facility at Changodar at Ahmedabad to meet the growing demand for gearboxes for higher capacity asphalt batch mix plants. We are also working on advanced geared motors for driving the conveyors of the crushing plants for longer production shifts by quarry owners.
OEMs are emphasizing total cost of operations, with minimal recurring expenditure for maintenance and parts replacement. We are therefore working on solutions that deliver higher power compared to weight ratio by redesigning some of our existing models and making our new products more compact. These improvisations are led by our experience gathered over 45 years of production and knowledge based on customer feedback and suggestions.
We are following advanced production processes and the required levels of heat treatment, teeth cutting and grinding, are being done in the gear box components, and we have dedicated suppliers of high quality casings for the gear boxes, as specified by the OEMs. All our gear boxes undergo advanced tests that include spectrometer, chemical, and no-load tests.
