Gayatri Engimech (GEPL)
We have a long, practical experience in manufacturing concrete batching plants along with new product development, backed by reliable after-sales services – all of which enable us to offer better and more competitive machine features for higher performance.
Amit Panchal, Director

We are in the process of making higher capacity 60-75 cum/hour concrete batch mix plants.
Gujarat based, stationary concrete batch mix plant manufacturer Gayatri Engimech (GEPL) is offering reliable and modern solutions for the production of high-quality concrete for use in the construction industry. It is manufacturing plants in configurations of 24-30-45cum/hour, for use in concrete road construction, irrigation & canal projects, concrete bridge girders, and commercial RMC plants. The company is now in the process of making higher capacity 60-75 cum/hour concrete batch mix plants.

GEPL also offers erection, commissioning, maintenance, and timely parts support to ensure high availability of its plants. Its time-bound and personalized services are bringing repeat orders from satisfied clients. A recent order is for cement for civil work for a major cement plant under construction. Our extended services include reconditioning of old plants and customized solutions.
GEPL’s competence also lies in complete reconditioning of defunct and old plants with complete warranty. It has recently undertaken reconditioning of a stationary concrete batch mix plant, which is to be deployed for producing processed cement for a major river canal project in Gujarat.

GEPL also develops customized solutions (such as the height of transit mixers), based on the evacuation needs of customers. It produces its high performing mixers like planetary, turbo pan, and twin shaft for use in challenging applications. The turbo pan mixers have a long service life due to the anti-wear lining in the trough bottom. GEPL concrete batch mix plants are easy to operate, quick to install, and come with a control panel for troubleshooting.

Moreover, GEPL offers solutions for Precast applications with concrete batching plants that are custom made as per factory layout, type of product, and method of concrete transport for the production of precast products such as concrete pipes, hollow core slabs, paver blocks, manholes, wall panels, and box culverts.

We provide cost-effective, cutting-edge solutions.
The company is helping customers meet their different concrete production requirements by planning, designing, manufacturing, and installing mobile/stationary concrete batching plants that provide high-quality cutting-edge custom solutions.

It now plans to increase sales through a two-pronged approach: it will enhance its services and support to the users, and position its products as cost-effective, easy to own and operate with less recurring expenses owing to their modular design.
