Our indigenously manufactured, world-class, tech-rich equipment are being offered at affordable rates.
Macons is visible across the country for its superior machines, efficient after-sales service, and reliable customer support. From developing first indigenously designed Kerbing Machine to series of mobile & semi mobile truck-mounted concrete batching/mixing plants to Self-Loading transit mixers and MAC series of compact concrete batching plants to Aerial Work Platforms in technical collaboration with international companies, the company is seen as a total solutions provider. Our aim is to bring world-class, tech-rich equipment at affordable rates by indigenously manufacturing them rather than simply importing them from global manufacturers.
Macons is manufacturing AWPs indigenously in technical tie-up with Italy’s Socage S.r.l
Macons is the first company in India to manufacture AWPs indigenously in technical tie-up with Italy’s leading company Socage S.r.l, which has been manufacturing and selling Aerial Work Platforms for 30 years. The vital aspect of this is that these machines will be highly affordable as compared to the foreign makes.
The company is offering a wide spectrum of aerial platforms ranging from 12 to 75 metres working height, and are designed to offer a host of advantages. With two indigenized models: Macons Socage DA324 and T318; the former comes with 24-m working height, while the latter comes with 18-m working height. The products are offered with a chassis option with mounting of the unit on the chassis and related support.
The aerial platforms are ergonomic, compact, light in weight, and give high performance in terms of elevation and outreach, enable ease of working in cities and crowded areas, have high flexibility, and are completely hydraulic with a reliable operating system. Truck mounted AWPs are essential for application in power transmission, maintenance of buildings and structures, landscaping, repair and maintenance of wind turbines, etc.
We have introduced a higher capacity 160 M3/hr and 240 M3/hr concrete batch mix plant, most suitable for 15 meters wide concrete road.
The core philosophy of Macons is to develop products for the Indian market and keep on improving the product to make it competitive in the international market. The company keeps tweaking its products as per the changing practices at various Indian sites.
Our new MCP-BIN-240, higher capacity 240 M3/hr concrete batch mix plant has a modular design that ensures ease of transportation, assembly and disassembly. It can be erected and commissioned within one week. With its twin shaft mixer (the most advanced mixing solution), the plant can handle high to zero slump concrete. The automated plant combines the power of a PLC-based dedicated weighing module to provide reliable and accurate control, and can handle multi scale, multi ingredient batching and mixing operations. This is backed by interlocking timing, alarm generation, event logging, and reports on the performance of the plant.
For ease of operation, the manual desk is equipped with push buttons, indication and changeover switches. Each device in the plant can be operated manually completely by passing the auto system. The new offering reinforces our presence as a reliable solutions provider in concrete batching and strengthens our position in the concrete road construction of national and state highways. The new plant is most suitable for 15 meters wide concrete road and for pavers with 7-10 meters width.
Our 120/160/240 M3/HR concrete batch mix plant can produce high to zero slump concrete.
We have recently launched 120 TPH concrete batch mix plant with 3 cubic meter twin shaft mixer which is highly suitable for concrete expressway projects. Fully automated PLC-based dedicated weighing module provides reliable and accurate control multi ingredient batching and mixing operations to produce high to zero slump concrete. Its modular design ensures ease of transportation, assembly and disassembly.
We have equipment with Diesel Engine as the prime mover and with Electrical Motors.
There are two ways to counter the rising fuel prices: one is to have the right size motors/optimum engine capacity which is also very fuel efficient, and the second is to have the working mechanism of the machine that delivers maximum output per unit energy consumed. Our indigenous design helps us to customize the equipment on this front. In the case of electrical motor-powered machines not only do we use the most energy-efficient motors but also have the best control systems for smart operations.
IoT is going to play a big role in the construction equipment in India. Having made a decent start, it is going to gain ground with the passage of time as the owners evaluate the multiple benefits of paying for this technology. The manufacturers need to sell the concept hard and the users/buyers need to consider it no more an optional but an essential part of the equipment.
Macons has a record of over 3000 installations across India and overseas.
With over 300 experienced personnel, Macons has a record of over 3000 installations across India and overseas, supported by a nationwide network of authorized dealers and sales representatives for spares back-up, and efficient after-sales service. Our strong focus on quality is the reason why we are constantly upgrading our technology, manufacturing processes, machinery and resources. It’s this pursuit of achieving total customer satisfaction that has earned us numerous repeat orders and has positioned our brand in the marketplace as the customer’s first choice of construction equipment.
At Macons, we are working on three areas: high productivity equipment, highly reliable plant & machinery, and efficient after sales service. While product improvement is an ongoing process for our R&D-manufacturing-customer voice loop, the after sales service is under sharp focus & the quantitative and qualitative changes will be increasingly visible in the marketplace.
Having started with SAARC countries, we have expanded in the Middle East and African countries, and the company has a target to export 10% equivalent of its topline and take off from there.
Retail hirers and fleet owners will continue getting their equipment financed.
Our tie-ups with various financiers, banks and NBFCs, make financing easy for retail hirers - in particular.
With the bias moving towards rental market, retail hirers and fleet owners will continue getting their equipment financed. The financers will have to come up with innovative schemes to keep the cost of finance low/attractive. The equipment manufacturers need to have tie ups with financers as it is one of the major factors that drives sales. The higher the percentage value of the equipment financed, the better it is for the customer acceptability. Financing will continue to be a driving factor behind operators graduating to owners of machines. Our dealer network is dovetailed with our service network to deliver after sales, which commensurate with the customer expectations.
