Higher capacity asphalt mix plants of 100 -120 tph and 260 tph are seeing high demand.
Atlas Technologies manufactures asphalt batch mix plants in capacities of 80-260 tph at its Mehsana facility near Ahmedabad. While demand is likely to stay stronger for the 100 -120 tph range, we see a growing demand for the higher capacity asphalt batch mix plants. We have recently sold three units of 260 tph asphalt batch mix plants and have booked a repeat order.

We are improving plant design and making it RAP and RAH enabled.
To make its asphalt batch mix plants adaptable to usage of all kinds of materials, Atlas has been making its plants RAP and RAH enabled. Improvisations are also being made in the plants for usage of fibers as well (among other materials).


Design changes are being made in the existing variants of the plants such as providing a shaft mounted gear box for lesser maintenance, higher material grades of the plants, increasing plant capacities, and more structural durability since the higher capacity plants work for longer durations.

Atlas is also improving the burner quality for usage of LDO, for ensuring appropriate air to fuel ratio and heating of the aggregates, and also for energy efficiency. With the ongoing full-scale production to cater to the growing demand, Atlas is producing 4 plants per month.

Our premium Speco Atlas plants range from 120 tph to the highest 400 tph.
Altas is geared up to sell larger numbers of its Speco asphalt batch mix plants in India. Under its joint venture with Speco of Korea, Atlas has the mandate to produce its full range of asphalt batch mix plants from 120 tph to the highest 400 tph. The premium plants, made under as per Speco’s standards at the company’s new facility, are co-branded as Speco Atlas, and are sourced by the Korean company for its global markets. Atlas has recently sold one unit of a 180 tph Speco plant in India.
